Young Rider Camp 8/9 September 2018
Dressage Southland would like to invite interested riders to take part in a Young Rider Camp over two days.
This is a camp for Young Riders whether you are new to dressage or been out and about competing.
We have great instructors and judges who are passionate about encouraging our young people into the Dressage arena.
The weekends programme will entail a half hour lesson with Rebecca Rowlands on the Saturday as well as a session with judge/instructor Marlene Parkinson.
On Sunday you will have the opportunity to perform a test of your choice in front of a judge and receive some feedback afterwards.
On Saturday evening we will have some horse feed Representatives to share their knowledge on Nutrition as well as answer any questions.
Marlene will also share some strategies for combating competition nerves as well as some nutrition advice for riders while competing.
